There are many parties involve with Welcome Freshy 2023 Activity including ICT20 President Team, DST2 President Team, and Staffs in ICT20 and DST2 (collectively, “Organizer”), Any person or group of person who are accepted by Organizer to be the one who decide or judge about activity(collectively, “Activity Committee”) and Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University (collectively, “The Faculty”).

มีหลายฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรม Welcome Freshy 2023 รวมถึงทีมประธาน ICT20 ทีมประธาน DST2 และผู้ปฏิบัติงานใน ICT20 และ DST2 (เรียกรวมกันว่า "ผู้จัดงาน") และคณะไอซีที มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ("ผู้จัดงาน")
